The Golden Gate Conference’s playoff matchups are now set, thanks to a blind draw held at Barnhouse Local Brews, an English coffee pub in Napa.
In the upper half of the bracket, third-seeded San Ramon hosts seventh-seeded Davis, while top-seeded El Farolito hosts sixth-seeded Sonoma. San Ramon or Davis would host the second round match.
In the lower half, fourth-seeded Oakland SC hosts the Oakland Stompers in its first-ever NPSL home playoff match. The winner of the Oakland derby would then host second-seeded Napa Valley or fifth-seeded Sacramento Gold FC.
The draw was streamed live on Napa Valley 1839 FC’s Instagram page and was also attended by representatives from four other clubs: Sonoma County Sol FC, San Ramon FC, FC Davis, and the Oakland Stompers.
