Newly promoted to the San Francisco Soccer Football League’s Premier Division, SF Metropolitan Football Club announced Zenni eyewear as the team’s kit sponsor ahead of the start of the 2021 season, which begins on June 6.
“As a company that touts ‘eyewear for everyone’ we’re excited to bring our support for athletics to the grassroots level and support a team like Metro FC,” said Sean Pate, Brand Marketing and Communications Officer at Zenni.
“We’re proud to be representing a local brand that has already proved it cares about investing in the sports community,” said Metro FC president Francis Langbein at the announcement. “This is a milestone moment for our club that we are so happy to share.”
Metro FC has enjoyed a fairytale rise in the SFSFL the past three seasons winning back-to-back championships to earn promotion from the league’s third division into its first division, known as the Premier Division.
